Basically, I'm SOL because I'm outside the warranty period. The rep also stated that they don't feel that this issue is as widespread as the RB forums are making it out to be. The rep also gave me links to Amazon and Ebay and suggested that I purchase a third-party pedal, which is both surprising and an admission that the equipment is faulty.
